Licence
Last updated 8 October 2026
The one-paragraph version
You bought a template, not a stock photo and not a subscription. Use it for your own music, show, podcast or promotion — anywhere, for as long as you like, edited however you like, with no credit to us required. Don't pass the template itself on to anyone else. The rest of this page is that sentence in detail.
What you receive
On payment, Glasshours grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the files in the purchased pack for your own project. "Your own project" means the artist name, band, label imprint, DJ alias, podcast or event that you run and whose promotion you control. The licence is personal to you (or to your company, if you bought as a business) and does not depend on the shop staying online. There are no renewal fees and no per-use fees.
You may
▸ Publish your edited covers, Canvas loops, posters and stories on streaming platforms, social networks, video services, your website and in newsletters.
▸ Print the artwork on physical releases, posters, flyers, tickets and merchandise for your own project, in any quantity.
▸ Edit anything: colours, type, layout, add your own photos, remove whole elements, combine files from several packs.
▸ Hand the files to a collaborator — a mixing engineer, a video editor, your manager — so they can finish work on your project.
▸ Keep using everything you made with the templates after this licence ends for any reason.
You may not
▸ Resell, sub-license, rent, give away or otherwise redistribute the templates or any file from the pack, in original or edited form, as a template, stock graphic, preset or part of another template product.
▸ Upload the files to a public repository, template library, shared folder for strangers, or marketplace.
▸ Use the files, or images made from them, to train or fine-tune machine-learning or generative models, or include them in a dataset for that purpose.
▸ Claim the template design as your own creative work, register it as your trade dress, or sell "your" version of it.
▸ Use the artwork in a way that is unlawful or defamatory. That one should go without saying.
Working for a client
If you are a designer or manager buying on behalf of someone else, the licence covers one client project per purchase. The client gets the same rights described above for that project; you may not reuse the same purchase for a second client. Buy the pack again for the next one, or write to [email protected] for a multi-client arrangement.
Fonts
Every typeface we use is published under the SIL Open Font License and bundled with its own licence file. Those fonts are not ours to license; they come to you under the OFL, which allows use in your releases and printing without restriction and forbids only selling the font files on their own. Our licence does not alter the OFL in any way.
Wordmarks and trademarks
A wordmark or logo template becomes your logo once you set your name in it, and you may use it as such. We do not, however, check whether your artist or podcast name is free of someone else's trademark, and we cannot guarantee that a typographic arrangement is distinctive enough to be registered. Checking name availability and registering any trademark is your responsibility; the templates are supplied as design starting points, not as cleared marks.
Ownership
The template designs, source files and previews remain the intellectual property of Invitegrid sp. z o.o.. This licence transfers rights of use, not copyright. Your own additions — your photos, your text, your edits — are yours.
If the licence is broken
Redistributing the templates ends the licence for the files concerned and may give rise to claims under Polish copyright law. We would much rather talk first: if you are unsure whether a use is covered, email [email protected] and describe it. Most questions are answered with a yes.
