Refunds

Straight talk
Digital files can't be handed back once they have been downloaded, so completed orders are, as a rule, final. That rule exists so that the shop can keep prices at a one-time level. It does not mean we hide when something goes wrong: a broken file, a pack that isn't what the page said, a double charge — those we fix, replace or refund. Read on for the exact lines.
Why the 14 days don't apply
Polish and EU law give a consumer 14 days to withdraw from most online purchases. Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act makes an exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: the right is lost when delivery starts with your express consent, given after you were told you would lose it. That is the box you tick at checkout. Because we release the files the second payment is confirmed, the ordinary withdrawal right does not exist for a completed order here. We tell you this in plain words before you pay precisely so that nobody is surprised afterwards.
What we always put right
Our liability for the content matching the contract is untouched by the above. Write to us and we will repair the file, send a fresh copy, or refund you when:
▸ the download fails or a file is corrupted and we cannot get a working version to you;
▸ the pack is materially different from what its product page described — a listed element missing, a size or format not as stated, a loop that does not meet the spec we promised;
▸ you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that never reached you.
Under chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act you may first demand repair or replacement; if we cannot deliver that within a reasonable time, you may ask for a price reduction or withdraw and be refunded.
What we can't refund
We don't refund because the artwork turned out not to be your taste, because you didn't have software that opens SVG, or because you bought two similar packs. The product pages show real renders of the actual files, list every element and name the software; the free pack lets you test the format before spending anything. If you are unsure which pack fits a release, email us before buying and we'll tell you honestly.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the address you ordered from, the pack name, and what went wrong; a screenshot or the error message speeds things up. We acknowledge every complaint promptly and give a decision within 14 days at the latest, as the Act requires. You do not need to use any form, and you never have to argue with a chatbot.
Where the money goes
Approved refunds are returned by the same payment method you used, through our payment provider. We trigger the refund within a few working days of confirming it; how quickly it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically up to ten working days. A refund covers the price paid including VAT.
Your rights either way
This page describes how we handle problems; it does not replace the law. Your mandatory rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act and under the consumer law of your EU home country remain fully in force. Details are in §12 of the Terms.
