Terms of Sale

Last updated 8 October 2026

§1 Who you are buying from

The shop at glasshours.art and the Glasshours brand are operated by Invitegrid sp. z o.o., a limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) under Polish law, with its registered seat at ul. Elektoralna 13 lok. 121, 00-137 Warszawa, Polska. The company is entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego under KRS number 0001232948. Tax identification number (NIP): 5253085615. Statistical number (REGON): 544454688. Share capital: 5 000 PLN. Email for everything in these terms: [email protected]. In the text below, "we" means that company and "you" means the person placing an order.

§2 What these terms govern

These terms set the rules for buying digital graphics at Glasshours: covers, Canvas loops, posters, podcast kits, press kits, backgrounds and similar files. They apply to every order placed through the site, by consumers and by businesses alike. Together with the product page of the item you buy, the Licence and the Refunds page, they form the whole agreement between us for that order. The Privacy and Cookies pages explain how we handle data and are referenced here for completeness.

§3 Who can order

Anyone with legal capacity to enter into a contract may order. You do not need an account; a working email address is enough, because that is where your files and your receipt go. If you buy for a business, you may enter the company's name and VAT number at checkout so that the invoice is issued to the business. A consumer, for the purposes of these terms, is a natural person buying for purposes unrelated to their trade or profession, as defined in the Polish Civil Code; the same protections extend to sole traders buying outside their professional field where the Polish Consumer Rights Act grants them.

§4 How an order is placed

Add items to the basket, enter your delivery email, tick the consent box described in §9 and press the payment button. You are then passed to our payment provider. The contract between us is concluded the moment the provider confirms your payment; we send a confirmation email with the order summary and the download links immediately afterwards. That email is our confirmation of the contract on a durable medium: it restates the order, links these terms and the licence, and records that you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the 14-day right of withdrawal. Until the payment is confirmed, no contract exists and nothing is owed. Obvious errors in price or description discovered before payment entitle us to cancel the order and refund you in full.

§5 What you are buying

Everything in the catalogue is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: editable SVG template files, PNG and JPG exports, MP4 video loops, PDF layouts and the documentation that accompanies them. Nothing is shipped physically. The product page — including its "What's inside" list, sizes and software notes — is our description of the content and is binding on us. The templates open in Figma, Canva (via import), Affinity Designer, Inkscape and Adobe Illustrator; you are responsible for having one of these and for your own device and internet connection. Fonts used in the templates are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and are provided with their own licence text.

§6 Prices and VAT

Invitegrid sp. z o.o. is a registered VAT payer. All prices shown are gross prices and already include VAT. If you are a consumer in another EU country, VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme — the price you see at checkout is still the final amount, with that VAT already inside it. We issue a VAT invoice on request: email [email protected] with your order email and, for a business, the company name and VAT ID. Business buyers with a valid EU VAT ID in another member state can request an invoice for intra-Community supply; write to us before paying if you need that treatment. Prices may change for future orders; the price in force when you pay is the price of your contract.

§7 Payment

Payment is made through a certified payment provider on its own secure page. Your card or payment details are entered with and processed by that provider under its own terms; we receive only the confirmation that the payment went through, the amount and the email you gave us. We never see or store your card number. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may differ by country.

§8 Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. As soon as the provider confirms payment, your download links appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to the address you entered. If the confirmation email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected] — we will resend the links. The emailed links let you download your files again later. We recommend saving the files on your own storage straight away.

§9 Withdrawal — the 14 days and the box you tick

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa o prawach konsumenta), a consumer who buys online normally has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, Article 38(1)(13) of that Act provides that the right of withdrawal is lost if the trader begins delivery with the consumer's express prior consent, given before the 14-day period ends, after the consumer has been informed that the right is thereby lost. Because our files are delivered the second you pay, our checkout asks you to tick exactly that consent. By ticking the box you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will not be able to withdraw from the contract once the files are released. If you do not tick the box, you cannot complete the purchase here; you can write to us to arrange a delayed delivery instead, in which case the 14-day right remains until delivery starts. The Refunds page explains what we still do when something is wrong with a file.

§10 Licence to use the files

With each purchase you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the purchased files in your own releases, shows, podcasts and promotion, as set out in the Licence, which is part of these terms. The copyright in the templates stays with us. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or templates themselves. A breach of the licence entitles us to terminate it for the files concerned and to pursue our statutory claims.

§11 Conformity, complaints (reklamacja)

We are liable for the conformity of the digital content with the contract under chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act (zgodność treści cyfrowej z umową). The content must match the product page, be fit for its normal purpose, open in the software we list and be complete. If it does not — a file is corrupted, a listed element is missing, a loop does not meet the stated spec — you may demand that we bring it into conformity (repair or replace), and if we cannot or do not do so within a reasonable time, you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and get your money back. Send complaints to [email protected] with your order email and a description of the problem; a screenshot helps. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint, as the Act requires; if we do not respond within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted. For business buyers, liability under the warranty for defects is excluded to the extent permitted by the Civil Code and limited to the price paid.

§12 If we cannot agree

If a complaint is not resolved between us, a consumer may use out-of-court routes: mediation before the regional Trade Inspection Authority (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) for the seller's seat, the permanent consumer arbitration courts (stałe sądy polubowne) attached to those inspectorates, and free advice from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów). General information is available from the Polish competition and consumer authority UOKiK at uokik.gov.pl. Our contact address for any out-of-court procedure is [email protected]. Using these routes is voluntary for both sides and does not limit your right to go to court.

§13 Governing law and changes

These terms and every contract concluded under them are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002. If you buy as a consumer in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protections of your home country continue to apply and nothing here reduces them. We may amend these terms for future orders, for example when the law or our catalogue changes; the version published when you place an order is the version that governs it, and we keep earlier versions available on request. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
